Interesting what you say about (lack of info on) possible long term brachy radiation effect. Did anyone mention specific risks they might be worried about?

Brent - thanks for the pointer to the "new" website and great to hear how you're getting on with life. Know how you feel about side effects at 30 - although a friend said you might still feel the same about possible impotence at 60.

Interesting to see you didn't mention brachytherapy as a potential choice for (what in the UK at least is called) low risk, multi-focal PCa. Was this not mentioned, not an option or just not the best option?

Hi. Arnon Krongrad referred me to you because i have a question. As far as i know, i do not yet have prostate cancer. But my PSA level keeps going up, and it did not respond to Bactrim, so my doctor wants to take a biopsy. What i was wondering was if there is a percentage available of how many men who have biopsies end up having cancer. My biopsy is not schedule till August 1st, so i have a lot of time to worry about this.
