Jeff: Not knowing exactly where Brusly is, I would suggest you called the depatrment of urology at the nearest major teaching hospital and asked them if they were able to suggest an appropriate specialist in ED.

Hey Jeff,
Retirement, travel and a zero PSA! . . . life is good - congratulations!
I am doing well on all fronts except for my unwanted relationship with ED! I tried MUSE twice with minimal results and am seriously considering the injection .. shudder . . 'desperate situations require desperate measures'
My doc doesn't do post-op PSA until 6 months have passed - July - a zero would be a great birthday gift.
Best wishes and happy traveling.

Jeff: I noted your comment on the ED discussion board.

I know how infuriating it can be when everything else gets back to "normal" except the one that makes you "demonstrably male." HOWEVER, ... your doc IS right. You need to find ways to "hang in there" for a while. If the daily Cialis doesn't seem to be doing anything after a month or so, ask him if you can try one of the other PDE5 inhibitors.

Some couples are fine with the vaccuum pump. Others find it difficult to deal with (and not just for physical reasons). It's worth a try but parts of this are also "in your head" so you do need to be patient.

(Like you care what I'm trying to tell you! ... :O)

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for adding the information. My wife is from Lake Charles, LA, and me being a "yankee" from N.J., I sure had to get use to lots of new spices and foods. As for ED, it does take time, try connecting to the ED group or others dealing with this issue. KEEP staying hopeful for better times because they will be happening. Thanks for being a friend. George

Hi Jeff. Glad to have you join us. It would really help both you and us if you could tell us a little more about you and your prostate cancer (which doesn't mean you can't remain anonymous if that's what you prefer. Have a look at (for example) George Brown's profile and you will see what I mean, It is clear from george's profile "where he is" along the pathway from diagnosis and into treatment, and these details are important if we are all going to be able to assist and support you.
