Hey Ron,

Thhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhheeeeeeeeeeeee Yankeeeeeeeeeeeeeeesssss Wonnnnnnnnnnnnnn!

Forgot to mention that. And we start and end regular season against the BoSox.

Was down at the parade, magical and overdue by NYY standards.

Hope you're doing well. I am feeling fit and fine, thank God.

Best,
Steve

Hey Ron - how are you? Have you had a PSA since March? Usually every 3-6 months after surgery. How's life these days?

LOL...I swear I was going to leave a comment for you for exactly the same reason! Doing great buddy. No complaints, thank God, second round PSA was zero, released until next March. Plumbing continues to progress. Feeling blessed.

How's by you? Gonna hit the hay now, 4:30 comes too soon but hope you and family are all well. Hope we get to see an L.A. - NYY series. That would be sweet.

Best...
Steve

Rob, Yes it is a bit over 2 years and for the most part still ED. HATE IT. Don't want to go through another surgery to have the implant put in, but may have too.

Bryan,

I know there are guys on this site that are struggling with ED and other issues. My circumstances - I had the surgery a year ago May. I was gleason 3+4, T2c stage upon biopsy and luckily, that's where I ended up post surgery too. In my particular case, I have had no problem with ED. As for the incontinence, it's been minimal. Sometimes when I cough or laugh, I can feel a drip escape. The reason I am telling you this that the surgery can go well.

For me, the issue with having a treatment other than surgery is the "not knowing" whether things are really worse than the biopsy reveals. There are a number of people on this site that had a biopsy of gleason 6 or 7 and came out of the surgery regraded at 8 or 9. If they did radiation or seeds, they would not have known that. I guess everyone has to make his own decision but the upstaging is a real risk.
