About Me:
I am 69 years old and seven weeks post-op RP. I had cryo two years ago and didn't get it all. My gleason is 8 and I have positive margins and lymph node involvement. I will have radiation after everything heals. I am having a psa next Monday 4-6-09 and am told I will start ADT. I have type 2 diabetes and am really concerned about all of the physical effects of ADT and radiation. I am still exhausted from surgery. I sure need advise.

Hi Ron,
What you need is a good lawyer on your house. Trouble is I can't seem to locate one. Keep on moving toward the closing

Good talking with you. If you would like to see a brief video of Dr. Glode, go to www.revolutionhealth.com/blogs/michaelglodemd and go to his blog on ABC Prostate Cancer and click on androgen deprevation therapy and the one below.
See you tomorrow at 12:00 noon.

Ron: Sounds like you have a plan. Don't let George confuse you. He will talk until he is exhausted -- but he is great guy!

Ron: One other thing. I saw the message that you had been given about the importance of exercise. This is completely correct. You don't have to try to beat George over 100 meters, but start NOW. If you are not an exerciser, start walking -- half a mile twice a day; then a mile. I WILL tire you in the beginning, but that's OK. Have a rest afterward. Even though the exercise will tire you, it will help to build stamina and it will affect your mood, usually in positive ways.
