I've heard several first-hand anecdotes of biopsies that have gone wrong in various ways, and I was wondering what your professional experience has been. How often does it happen that a hemorrhage occurs, or a urethra is pierced, or similar misfortune occur - once in a hundred times? once in a thousand?
