Dear Dr. Kahn:

We are delighted to see that we are building interest in India. Please let us know if you think there are ways to grow knowledge and awareness about appropriate diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer in India (at least, as a beginning, for the growing Indian "middle class" who can afford early and appropriate therapy).
