About Me:: I am 56 yr.old contractor from Maine. I was dio/w/pc inFeb.08' had a Gleason 7(4+3)-PSA-10.Had in removed onApril 8th 08' by Dr. Krongrad, Aventura,Fl. Am now on the road to recovery working on the control of my urination.it's been Nine days sinse the removel of my connecting tube.Trying to work the Kegel in to my every day life.By that I mean when getting up -Kegel ,stand ,walk.Thus, the leakage I have is cut to a lesser amount of dribble.I do need to keep a pad on ,but every 3rd. day have noticed some inprovement..Will keep you all posted as I move throught this chapter in my life.

Great to hear from you. Recovery is slow but sure. The "dribbles" may be around for a while, but it takes time. Yes, life is returning to a normal for us. We had a new grandbaby a month after Jimmy's surgery, so he has made our lives busy. Each week will get better and life does become normal again. This network is indeed a great support. I wish it had been here last year when we were looking for answers. I'm telling everyone I know about the sight. Hope we have many more come on line. We all have a story to share and hope to give to next man. God Bless! Stay in touch and let us know how you're doing.
