I hope you'll consider joining some of the groups we have here. The Surgery group has lots of members who can share stories and support as you make a decision. I'm not necessarily advocating surgery; I just know that it's on your mind right now.
I've been fuddling around with the idea of starting a MaleCare group in L.A.; would you have any interest?
Maybe you can make the anxiety a bit thinner by sharing it. When was your diagnosis, and what were you told? What are some of the plans for treatment or nontreatment that you've considered?

Welcome to the network. My 58 yr. old husband was diagnosed with PC last August. We understand well your feelings of desperation, anxiety, fear and so much more. This is a great network for information and support. Look around - check out the different groups - see which ones may best answer your questions.
